Award for Florian Heinrich

Florian Heinrich, a PhD student at the STIMULATE research campus and the Faculty of Computer Science, was awarded as the best Master's graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science of the 2016/17 graduation year.

Florian Heinrich received a doctoral scholarship from the state of Saxony-Anhalt in July 2017. He is currently investigating new interaction and visualization techniques for medical augmented reality applications in interventional radiology. His PhD thesis is carried out at the research campus STIMULATE in close cooperation with the University of Koblenz-Landau, the University Hospital Magdeburg and the Hanover Medical School.
